This Privacy Policy describes how Ziv Drive ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile game. We are committed to handling your information with transparency and care.

1. Information We Collect

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

Real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
Hardware device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, IMEI, or similar)
Location data or GPS coordinates
IP address
Payment or financial information (purchases are processed directly by Apple or Google)
Contacts, photos, or any content outside the App

3. How We Use Your Information

Cloud save & sync — store your progress securely across devices
Leaderboard — display your player name and score to other players
Account transfer — allow you to move your account to a new device using your PIN and recovery code
Referral rewards — track referral relationships to grant in-game bonuses
Security — detect abusive behavior and protect the integrity of the leaderboard

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, sell it to third parties, or share it for any purpose beyond those listed above.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encrypted)
Your PIN is never stored as plain text — it is hashed with bcrypt on the server before storage
Your save file on-device is stored in an encrypted format
The device ID used is a randomly generated UUID — it cannot be used to identify you outside the App

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — We use Supabase as our cloud database and backend provider. Supabase processes data on our behalf under their Privacy Policy. Data is stored in servers operated by Supabase.

Google AdMob — The App may display rewarded advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and interaction data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

Apple App Store / Google Play — In-app purchases are processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store any payment details. Their respective privacy policies govern that transaction.

6. Data Retention

Cloud data (player record, scores, PIN hash) is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your cloud data at any time by contacting us. Local data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App.

7. Children's Privacy

Ziv Drive is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Object to certain uses of your data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
